Our Mission is to provide clients with affordable, practical solutions to help them comply with the ever-changing regulatory regime.
By working with MCA, you can achieve key advantages for your business and reduce the burden and stress of ensuring that your business complies with current H&S and HR Legislation.
Employment law is complex and going it alone brings significant risk in breaking the law or costly tribunals. In general small business can’t afford a full time HR service. So why spend your precious time dealing with employment issues when help is only a phone call away.
MCA can install systems to ensure compliance with employment law covering all aspects from recruitment to termination of employment. We have a hands-on approach that creates systems that meet your individual need. We will review your current position and produce all the documentation you require.
Health & Safety legislation is also subject to constant change and employers are expected to implement them straight away and exercise responsibility ensuring staff and public are properly protected.

“The Health and Safety Executive set high standards for quality within the asbestos industry and in order that we operate safely and effectively we are required to meet Quality Standard ISO 17020. Mary has developed the procedures and Quality Manuals required and an audit schedule that has allowed ASP to apply for the standard with confidence. This in turn gives confidence to our customers as well as our surveyors.”
“As a casting company many of the operations that we perform, particularly the use of acids, are hazardous. We need to regularly assess the risks involved in our production methods and Mary initially undertook a risk assessment of our production processes and environment. She developed a Health and Safety Policy and procedures to reflect our business and the risks and hazards present. Mary recommended measures to address our shortfall and also sourced protective equipment and trained all staff. I now feel confident about safety in the workplace, staff have a greater understanding and take responsibility for the care of themselves and others”
